I redrew this . His name's Stanislas. The description on my old drawing said he was some kind of vampire. I drew the original back in 2010, i dont really remember much about him oops. He also had something to do with Friday 13. :9

Seeing the original, stuff coming out of his body and the wannabe flesh like thing. I thought he could have a strange body. With his outfits, he covers his whole body, this way, people don't see his bluish skin and weird scars. I think these are "filters", idk, to limit his power? I don't really know what he does tho, what's his purpose. He seem like a calm character. oh yeah and he has genitals but I was too lazy to  draw them and i dont think they re necessary for this refsheet-like thing.
